2023 DÖK választások - jelölti szakasz

Tisztelt Doktoranduszok és Doktorjelöltek!

A Nemzeti Közszolgálati Egyetem Doktorandusz Önkormányzata választásokat hirdet a következő egy éves mandátumok betöltésére. AZ NKE DÖK Alapszabályának értelmében minden doktorandusz választó és választható:
2. § (4) A DÖK tagja az Egyetem valamennyi aktív hallgatói, illetve doktorjelölti jogviszonnyal rendelkező doktorandusza, akik választók és választhatók. A DÖK tagjai a jogaikat választott képviselőik útján gyakorolják.

A választásra 2023.09.26 00:01 - 2023.09.28. 23:59 között kerül sor, amelynek keretében minden, az Egyetemen hallgatói jogviszonnyal rendelkező doktorandusz elektronikus úton adhatja le szavazatát. A doktoranduszok saját Doktori Iskolájuk jelöltjeire adhatják le voksukat, több jelölt esetében minden személy támogatható az adott Iskolához tartozó mandátum számok figyelembevételével. A jelöltek motivációs levelei az oldal alján mellékletként elérhetőek.

A szavazaton való részvétellel minden doktorandusz támogatni tudja a képviselő jelölteket az érvényes és eredményes választások lebonyolítása és a legitim érdekképviselet jegyében.

A szavazás leadására 3 munkanap áll rendelkezésre a DÖK Alapszabálya szerint.

Hallgatói kör: 

A DÖK Alapszabálya szerint:
"A szavazás során az a doktorandusz szavazhat, aki a Központi Tanulmányi Hivatal által hitelesített választási névjegyzékben szerepel, és személyazonosságát arra alkalmas módon igazolja."
Adott doktori iskola hallgatói csak a saját doktori iskolájukban érvényes pályázattal rendelkező képviselőjelöltre szavazhatnak. A külföldi doktorandusz hallgatók is szavazhatnak.

Dear PhD Students and Doctoral Candidates!


The Doctorates’ Council of the University of Public Service (hereinafter: DOC) is announcing elections for the next one-year term. Pursuant to the Statutes of the Council, each doctoral candidate is eligible with the restriction, that the representatives have to speak fluent Hungarian in order to represent the PhD Candidates in the committees of the University :
Article 2 (4) All active students and doctoral candidates of the University who are electors and electives are members of DOC. The members of DOC exercise their rights through their elected representatives.

For the election September 26, 2023 – September 28, 2023 all PhD candidates with active student status at the University can submit their votes electronically. Doctoral candidates may vote for candidates in their own Doctoral School, and in the case of multiple candidates, each person may be supported, subject to the number of mandates assigned to that School. Candidate motivation letters can be found on the University website, under the title Doctorates’ Council.

By participating in the voting, doctoral students can support the candidates and thereby contribute to the conduct of valid and effective elections and to the legitimate representation of interests.

You have 3 working days to cast your vote according to the Statutes of the DOC.

Student group:

According to the Statutes of the DOC:
"During the voting, the doctoral students can vote if they are on the electoral register certified by the Central Studies Office and proves his identity in a suitable way."
Students of a given doctoral school can only vote for a representative candidate with a valid application in their own doctoral school. Foreign doctoral students can also vote.
